Delivery & Returns Policy


All orders placed before 3PM will be dispatched the next working day, 

All deliveries are sent via My Hermes, and usually take 2 days to be delivered.

Delivery Cost:  We charge a flat fee of £3.95 per delivery.


We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchases, and realise how difficult it is to know if something will "fit" in your home without actually seeing it.  

For this reason, we offer a very generous returns policy of 30 days from receipt of goods.

The following processes / conditions apply:

Unwanted / no longer needed

  • Returned goods must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received.  
  • You MUST contact us via email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) prior to returning your goods - this is to ensure we keep track of returns and can refund you as quickly as possible.  Failure to notify us prior to returning good may result in a delay in processing your refund.
  • Package your return appropriately to protect it during transport
  • Book and pay for a delivery via which ever method you wish
  • You pay the postage
  • On receiving the returned goods, we will inspect them within 24hrs and issue a refund via the original payment method (minus the original delivery cost). 

Damaged / Defective products

  • For items damaged in transit, you MUST contact us within 24hrs of receiving the delivery, with a full description and accompanying photographs of the damaged articles. 
  • You will have the option of either a refund or replacement of the items that are damaged at no extra cost - we will pay the delivery / collection costs.
