Rose and May Interiors - The legal bits

We know how boring and mundane legal notices are, so we'll try to keep them as simple and short as possible.

Terms and Conditions

The following paragraphs govern the use of our website.  By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full.  If you disagree with any of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website

If you place any orders on this website, we will ask you to expressly agree to these terms and conditions.

Our website uses cookies, please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.  Acceptance of these terms and conditions assumes acceptance of the Privacy Policy

You may browse our website, print any pages from our website, share our articles and products on social media (as long as you link to our website), and of course order any products that you'd like (they're all great, honestly).

You MUST NOT (sorry for shouting!), use our website in any way that may damage or impair website content or performance or use our website for any fraudulent activity.

You must ensure that all information you provide to us through our website, such as when placing an order or using our contact forms, is true, accurate and complete.

We only accept orders from persons located in the UK

You may choose to register an account during the checkout process.  If you do this, you must keep your password safe, and notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

We only accept payment via PayPal, and order will not be processed until payment has been received.

You may request your account to be closed - just send us an email.

We reserve the right to remove or discontinue or alter our products and descriptions without notification

We reserve the right to block access to this website if any of our systems detect fraudulent or suspicious activity from your IP address

From time to time, we may update these terms and conditions, and any amendments will apply from the date we publish them (it simply wouldn't be fair if we changed them and didn't display them!)

We don't like to argue, so hopefully this will never be needed, but just in case - any legal disputes will be dealt with under English Law, and the jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Rose and May Interiors is a Trading Name of Rebecca Duguid (sole proprietor).
